Weninger
Date: May 13, 2011
The Austrian wine maker, Franz Weninger and his cellar are the renewers of Sopron wine business in Hungary.

The Weninger Sopron 2008 was born in the transmission to organic wine production. Start with butter smell, then tobacco. Extract sweetish, polished surface, CEE high culture. Should be tought.

The 2008 Sopron Kekfrankos has some rawness in the nose. Acid-focused, tanning drink, a long ascesis. For enlighted men.

Finally, the 2007 Pinot. A light, soft brownish colour. Typical raw meat scent. Extracts and nuts. Between the brilliant and vulgar.
