Slow food - slow drink?
Date: February 19, 2010
Most of the people I met recently have told me the wines of today are not for storage, they are ready-to-drink. Despite this belief, sometimes it is interesting to start a small experience over the years. Traminer 2005.

Tűzkő Bátaapáti Tramini 2005

75 points

Golden color, oily move in the glass. Full vanilla nose. Starting with sweet taste, later oriental spices. Nice harmony. Singing in the sunset.

Szent Anna Szőlősgyöröki Tramini 2005

75 points

Bouillon color. Honey nose, with anis and curcuma. Banana-sweet taste, later a bit of chestnut and a long finish. The lemonade from our childhood. Well developed sugar and acids. Semi-sweet.

Szuromi Pince Ostorosi Tramini 2005

73 points

Light honey-melon nose. Fruity taste with a full basket of pears. Not a long wine, but very entertaining.
