, Bela and Bandi are two young winemakers, producing wine closed to Balatonfured. Our first item, the 2010 Pinot Gris is a light, pear scent wine. A citrus soft drink character, maybe too light style. Our second piece, the 'Balaton Cuvée' from the Cellar, is also happy and sunny, flowers and green apple in the nose. Bohemian lightness, well-balanced and tricky, like the hypertension.
The Bussay Cellar's Pinot Gris was the ultimate winner of today blind test. Intensive, liqueur scent, goosberry and pear. Minerals and overripe fruits, if the ending will be more elegant, it could be a grand wine.
Finally, the Jasdi Cellar 2009 chardonnay - pinot pris cuvée. Aristocratic scent with some menthol. A light, but stuffed taste, Bruce Lee -like body and sense of humor.
