Modern tradition
Date: August 10, 2010
This time we could not make up our minds about the wines. Maybe this is the unusal variety, which could not be categrized. Ezerjó is a traditional Hungarian variety, the name means "1000 good", like 1000 good things. The variety experiences a real reborn. We have tried, if the variety has the pep.

1, Frittman Soltvadkerti Ezerjó 2006

71 points

Strong flower nose, later lemon. Almost white color. Light, fresh, but acid taste. Green spices, little bit of sugar and in the end tropical fruits. Short and refreshing. Points from 66 to 75.

2, Varga Birtok Gabriel Selection Izsáki Ezerjó 2006

69 points

Herbal nose. Simple, vegetable taste with loads of acids. Masculine wine, splash for sherpas. Points from 64 to 74.

3, Bozóky Móri Ezerjó 2006

72 points

Medicine nose, after a while quince. In the beginning remote, in the end exciting taste. One line, but very concentrated: gooseberry and acids. Same points.
