Beaujolais nouveau 2011
Date: November 29, 2011
Wines tested:
The SFV Nimes' product has a typical syrup scent, continouing with also typical fruity-kiddy taste.
Louis Vincent's wine ('Villages' label) from Saint Jean D'Arves also has some sweet snack style, honey and alcohol appendixes. More stuffed taste, mild and ripe.
The 3rd item came from Louis again (standard label). Pomegranate character with some plum.
Finally, the thorin cellar's beaujolais shows some fruit liqueur scent, surprising from a newborn baby. Long and light, like a poultry sausage.
