Aged wines
Date: June 21, 2010
We did an experiment in our mountain cellar, and try to collect some wine for eternety. But, before eternity, we tested some ~10 years old wine.

The 2001 Vida Cuvée shows lightness. Costume store scent, blue-skin berry character.

Balla Kadarka 2000 won our today test. Oily, black tea in the nose. Forest fruit destillation, sunny and cognac-like. A make-up contest in the retired club.

The Hagymási Bikavér (Bull's Blood) 2000 is like a red oil.A bit oldish, but exciting. Batman just weighs Kim Basinger.

The only wine which devided our today test team was Tóth István Bikaver 1999. Because of it definitive inky scent: some of us liked it and some of us didn't.However, it was our test darkest drink, its taste is like a kid chocolate cream.

Our conslusions: let the olds wine decante for hours. And: the maturing doesn't change the basic quality of wine, but makes some synergies.
